Misc. Stats:

Accolades: 2017 Third-team All-American, 2017 First-team All-SEC

History: Three-star recruit from Calvery Baptist Academy in Shrevesport, LA. With teammate Shea Patterson, he won consecutive state titles. Has declared for the 2019 NFL Draft, will forego his Junior and Senior season.

Strengths: Good size, length appears to be very good (will update post combine). Excellent hand usage to re-route receivers. Very physical. Makes good plays on the receiver, reading their eyes and breaking up balls even when he hasn’t gotten around. Has the speed to stick with receivers.

Weaknesses: Can get pushed around too much. Needs to get stronger. Not as good in off coverage, as he is in man. Doesn’t close as well as you’d like in off coverage. Can still get a little lost when the ball is in the air, at times. Might play a little too physical for the NFL’s tight calls.

Overview: Long and shifty corner with good hand usage and feet. Williams will need to get stronger and be active in the run game. He’s immediately plug and play day one starter.

Draft Projection: Top 15 Pick
