Accolades: MVP of U.S. Army All-American Bowl, 2016 First-team All-SEC, MVP of the 2016 Citrus Bowl, 2017 Second-team All SEC

History: A 5-star recruit out of Baton Rouge. Backed up Leonard Fournette in 2015, and split time with him in 2016.

Strengths: Good size/speed/power combo. Strong lower base. Great vision. Uses jump cuts well. Gets what he’s given, doesn’t dance around. Doesn’t shy away from contact. Arm tackles shouldn’t even try. Spins out of tackles. Plays with good leverage. Willing blocker in pass pro.

Weaknesses: Not a burner or shifty. Isn’t much of a receiver or route runner. Body catcher. Doesn’t appear the same type of runner after the catch, that he is taking the handoff. Reports of immaturity. Takes a lot of hits, doesn’t know when the play is over. Has injury concerns most of 2017.

Overview: Guice is your typical one cut power running back. His 2016 and 2017 tapes are completely different, he didn’t have the same burst this past season. I had a hard time grading him, because of the inconsistent film. Once he hits the 2nd level he has the slashing and power combo to take it home.

Draft Projection: Late 1st Round
