2017: 6 games. 5 tackles, 2.5 TFL, 1 sack,

2018: 15 games (1 start). 39 tackles, 6 TFL, 2.5 sacks, 2 pass break ups

Misc. Stats:

Accolades: 2017 Under Armour All-America Game

Injuries: Foot injury limited his freshmen year in ’17.

History: Five-star recruit from Madison, AL. Attended James Clemens High School, where he was a two-time All-State selection. He chose Alabama over Auburn, Florida, Ole Miss, and Tennessee.

Strengths: Great size and build. Stacks well with his great length. Athleticism is a plus for his size, he has quick feet and moves well in space. Shows good tackling ability, and has some pop in him.

Weaknesses: Inexperienced (1 start in ’18 and saw limited time in ’17). Limited pass rushing repertoire. Get off needs work, there are times he’s the last man off the snap. Has trouble anchoring vs double teams, which raises questions if he is scheme diverse, specifically as an interior linemen. Conditioning became a factor late in games in ’18.
