Misc. Stats:

Accolades: 2014 Semper Fidelis All-America Game, 2018 Second-team All-ACC

Injuries:

History: Three-star recruit out of Hampton, VA. a Second-team 6A All-State Selection as a senior at Bethel High.

Strengths: Great get off. Can shoot gaps and shows good penetrating ability. Quick feet Shows nice shed ability. Uses his hands effectively and has a knack for getting off blocks. Strong hands, shows some pop. Shows some upside as a bull rusher. Good pad level. Good motor.

Weaknesses: Not ideal mass, needs to bulk up. Balance isn’t great, indicative of a weak lower half. At times it appears that he has average eyes. Good not great athlete. Wasn’t overly productive as a pass rusher.

Overview: Walker is a gap penetrator run stopper, that would best fit as a 3-technique. He offers strong and active hands and a quick first step. I’d like to see Walker put on some weight. His ability to blow up plays in the run game should get him selected prior to day three.
