Injuries:
History: Three-star recruit from Fond Du Lac, WI. Was first-team All-State as a senior at Fond Du Lac High School, where he also played two years of basketball.
Strengths: Good length (almost 6’5, with a 6’7 wingspan). Initial quickness off the snap is a plus. Pretty loose hips and quick feet. Some gap shooting potential. Relentless motor, will always give 100%. Great character.
Weaknesses: Lacks mass. Cannot be counted on to eat space. Weak lower half. Relies too much on his hands (which aren’t anything special) to get off blocks. 2019 production did not match his 2018. Lacks overall athleticism.
Overview: Windsor is a blue collar interior d-linemen, that could fit in as a backup 3-technique, but I think his best opportunity may be as a 5-technique in a 30 front. Windsor brings enough motor, to contribute on a pitch count in a system that spells their D Line. Overall he lacks the natural traits of an every down player.
