History: Humphrey’s father was Bobby Humphrey, Alabama All-American and played for the Broncos and Dolphins. Marlon, was an All-American out of notorious Hoover High, where he also ran track. He won 7 state track titles and 2 state championships in football.

Strengths: From Hoover to Tuscaloosa, groomed to play football, with NFL bloodlines. Good size and speed you want for a prototypical Corner. One of the top 3 cone drill performers at the combine, indicative of very good agility. Has played special teams. Aggressive and physical against receivers running routes and blocking.

Weaknesses: Has been beat on the deep ball. Sloppy footwork and relies too much on his athleticism. Small hands and to make matters worse, has poor ball skills. Not the most fluid when back pedaling. Doesn’t play to his timed speed.

Overview: Aggressive press corner with good size and resume, that might ultimately get him slightly overdrafted. There’s been some CB busts from Bama lately, and he might have the trait.

Draft Projection: Late 1st Round Pick
