Misc. Stats:

Accolades: 2018 First-team All-Pac 12

Injuries:

History: Two-star recruit from Woodinville, WA. Washington St. was his only Power-5 offer. Was named a Seattle Times All-Area First-team at Woodinville High School.

Strengths: Ideal size, with good length. Great athlete, explosive with excellent lateral quickness. Ran a 1.69 10-yard split at the combine, which shows great acceleration to the 2nd level. Agile and really good footwork in pass pro. Good recovery when beaten off the line. Experienced starter.

Weaknesses: Somewhat thin framed. Lacks elite strength. Has some leverage issues when tasked with down blocks in the run game. Washington St. passes the ball a lot, does he have a nastiness in the run game.

Overview: There’s no doubt Dillard possesses the size and athleticism as a future LT at the next level. He is quick footed and explosive out of his stance . I’d like to see him used more getting to the next level in the run game, but the film as a run blocker is limited due to Washington St.’s offense. He seems a little weak to me and I question his ability to finish in the run game.
