Injuries:

History: Two-star recruit out of Cincinnati, he only received 2 Power 5 offers (Illinois was the other). Was a Duel-Threat QB at Mount Healthy. He rushed for over 6,000 yards and 91 touchdowns in his career, including 2,707 yards his Senior year. He was named the Division III Ohio Player of the Year.

Strengths: Ideal size, great build. Great balance. Patient runner and light on feet, can wait for his blocks and burst through holes. Deceptively quick for his size. Can put his foot in the ground and make defenders miss. Has good cutback vision and big play ability. Can combine speed to power, put his shoulder down and run guys over. Fights for every yard, it usually takes more than one guy to bring him down. Experienced in the passing game, has lined up out wide at times.

Weaknesses: Overall athleticism is lacking. Top speed is limited and is not overly explosive or quick. Hands aren’t great, experienced but not really a natural catcher of the ball. Too many negative runs. Dances a little too much.

Overview: Big, strong, and light footed, he is one of the most balanced runners in the class. A good speed/power combo that offers some in the pass game is what NFL teams desire. He is capable of being an every down back at the next level, although not an overly dynamic guy by any means. He’s a solid starter that you could pair with an explosive guy.
