Injury History.

History. Four-star recruit from Las Vegas. Attended powerhouse Bishop Gorman High School. Was named 2017 USA Today High School All-American, and was the top Tight End recruit, as a Senior.

Strengths: Good athlete. Has above average speed and short area quickness. Although less than 6’3″, he does have long arms (79″ wingspan). Good ball skills. Strong, soft hands. Does a great job catching the ball away from his frame. Dangerous after the catch. Tough to bring down once he gets rumbling. Strong lower half. Better run blocker than his size would suggest.

Weaknesses: Did not test as well as expected. On the shorter side (measured 6’2.5″ at his pro day). Lacks the size to play full time. May have issues against big and physical DBs. Needs to get stronger. Run blocking technique needs to be improved.

Overview: Jordan has some seam stretching ability from the slot, and provides a mismatch for smaller DBs, but he’ll have to bulk up to play as a traditional tight end role. A creative offensive coach utilize him as a 2nd tight end in 12 personnel, bringing him in motion as an H-back, etc.
