History: Three-star Duel-Threat QB recruit from Matthews, NC. Passed for 1,783 yards and rushed for more than 1,200 yards, while 41 total TDs as a Senior.

Strengths: Quick feet. Great field vision. A weapon with the ball in his hands. Has a solid stiff arm in the open field. Experience taking bubble screens and underneath throws. Shows good concentration when bringing the ball in. Runs hard with the ball in his hands, toughness is not an issue. Able and willing blocker in the run game, very competitive. Experience as a return specialist, and as a “Wildcat” Quarterback.

Weaknesses: Length is not ideal. Long speed is good not great. Gets by on great field vision, rather than elite athleticism. Lacks elite ball skills. Has had some drops. Still rather new to the position, as a former QB, he has route running and hand usage to work on at the next level.

Overview: A weapon in the open field, Ratliff-Williams is a Swiss Army Knife WR. The former Duel Threat QB, has taken snaps out of shotgun, reverses, and is a dangerous Kick Returner. While he lacks elite athleticism, he makes up for it with great field vision and elusiveness.
