Injuries: Hamstring injury in ’15, broken fibula in ’17.

History: Three-star recruit from South Carolina, was recruited by North Carolina as well. Was given the nickname Deebo by his father who was a fan of the movie Friday. His real name is Tyshun.

Strengths: A dangerous weapon every time he touches the ball. Excellent vision and fluid runner. Versatile, has been used as a runner and has lined up all over the field. Excellent return specialist, has housed multiple kick returns. Well built kid, stocky for his size. Plays tough, both with and without the ball in his hands. Quick footed, helps him get a clean release and in and out of breaks. Spectacular catch ability (see one-handed 39 yard TD grab). Explosive, can hit second gear quickly. Plays bigger than his size, going up and high pointing the ball.

Weaknesses: Has had injuries in the past, some soft tissues. Lack of length may be an issue in the NFL, maybe he isn’t suited on the outside. Interested to see his measurements in the combine (hand and arm).

Overview: Quick footed, tough kid, who could take it to the house at any time. He doesn’t possess elite speed, but he makes up for it with his vision and natural running instincts. His length may keep him from playing outside the slot, but he is versatile enough to be used as in Jet Sweeps, gadget plays, screens, and the return game.
