Injury History. Missed 6 games in 2019

History. Three-star Athlete from Eight Mile, Alabama. Starred at Blount High School, where he was a two-time all-state dual-threat QB. Participated in the 2021 Reese’s Senior Bowl.

Strengths: Explosive athlete (logged 4.39 40, 39 1/2″ vert, 11’4″ broad at his pro day). Can get to top speed quickly. Elite short area quickness/agility (6.88 3-cone at pro day). A dangerous weapon with the ball in his hands. Former dual-threat QB, who has great ball carrier vision. Can set up defenders with stutter steps/hesi/jukes. Good route runner, quick feet allow him to stop on a dime, acceleration gets him out of the break even faster. Versatile, who can be used on jet sweeps, reverses, wildcat, as well as a return specialist. High energy player that isn’t afraid to mix it up.

Weaknesses: Size, on the shorter side of 6′ and weighs 190 pounds. Lack of play strength is evident. Taken down very easily. Although competitive, doesn’t offer much as a blocker. Will have a tough time in contested catch situations, as well as getting off the LOS against bigger DBs. Top end speed isn’t as impressive as lateral ability.

Overview: Destined for the slot, however with his playmaking ability, he will be moved all over. It’s pretty obvious he was a former DT QB in High School, the way he sees the field as a runner.

Evaluation based on. South Carolina 20′, Alabama 20′, Ole Miss 20′
