History: Four-star recruit out of Palmyra, NJ. Has declared for the 2019 NFL Draft, will forego his Senior season.

Strengths: Ideal size. Excellent leaper. Uses his body well to box out defenders, consistently wining jump balls. Good body control, makes great adjustments when necessary. Long speed is excellent for his size. Fights for extra yards. Strong hands, natural plucker.

Weaknesses: Has a slight hitch in his first step. Wasn’t moved around often, lined up primarily as the Z receiver at N.C. St.. Was not asked to block much (in limited tape).

Overview: A big-body deep threat, Harmon has the ability to go past you or over you. He combines good speed with good leaping ability and would immediately be a weapon in the NFL.
