History: Four-star athlete out of Akron, attended St. Vincent St. Mary, where he won 2 state championships.

Strengths: Absolute burner. Quick get off, hits 2nd gear quickly. Can take the top off the coverage when offered a clean release. YAC ability is really impressive. Dangerous with the ball in his hands. Fluid hips, can make defenders miss in the open field. Can be used as a gadget player. Hands don’t appear to be an issue, although not many jump ball situations on tape. Kick return experience. Team captain.

Weaknesses: Scheme was very limited in terms of route tree. Doesn’t snap off his breaks. Doesn’t show the same quickness in his route running, Lacks strength. Can get held up during his routes. Does not play physical. Not a experienced blocker by any means. Has had some drops when there’s been contact.

Overview: At this point, Campbell is just a gadget player that be utilized in underneath bubbles and also as a deep threat. He needs to work on his craft, specially using his hands in his route running. I’d be comfortable taking him due to his upside in early day 3. A good combine could really help him climb boards, if he blazes as expected.
